We ArE tHe PuZzLe PiEcEs

Centenary College has been the framework of our growth as individuals and as members of a community. We've come to realize where we just might belong in the scheme of things!

For some students, it takes them all four years to realize that they are puzzle pieces in the creation of Centenary College's community. For other's, it takes merely seconds to know that they are right where they were meant to be.

Through the variety of classes that offer insight on socialization and communication, the student activities that connect people to one another, and the perseverance that is enforced by the professors and staff; each student is left no other choice but to become something! It would be impossible to walk through the courtyard or from class to class and miss all of the opportunities that allow you to be part of the community. Every student, every professor, every person that walks the paths through Centenary College is indeed, destined to fit somewhere in the frame of the community.

To all of those that have that gift of connecting each of us to one another, I thank you! To those that light up a room with smiles or curiosity or even a clever observation, I admire you! For those that don't hold judgement and are open minded to all that life on campus has to offer, I applaud you! For those that truly feel they can go through four years of college at Centenary without ever learning, being a part of, or observing the community...I challenge you!

Welcome to the framework! Help make the best picture the world has yet to see! No puzzle pieces are meant to be altered to fit...they'll fit when they are meant to!

This was a excellent post. I think no matter whether you are a commuter or resident to the college you are absolutely correct.. there are opportunites to make new friends, join clubs or see all any of the activities they offer. Although we consider college, college, it really is a community. More so for the residents since they have more of an opportunity to be a part of clubs and activities on campus. By having the links on the side really connected the college and what is available on campus to your post.

WOW! This blog is awesome!! I like the announcements and the questions on the right side. I love how they used Centenary, a real life community. They decided to go away from myspace and facebook. I agree that we are all puzzle pieces, and I hope one day I will be able to finish the puzzle I started!

I thought your article incorporating Centenary College was great for typing us all together. Possibly more articles instead of website addresses would provide a bit more for us to look at. Great diversity in using the additional pages like to puzzles.
